EMPOWER GROWTH
THROUGH
CORPORATE / TEAMS / GROUP
ART MAKING WORKSHOPS

Each workshop is uniquely designed to suit the needs of you and your team, with the intention to evoke the creative potential of your team members while solidifying interpersonal connections.

Through art-making activities, we will enter into imagination, creativity and play. We may explore and create through collage making,  find problem-solving ways of exploring painting as a team, enter into playful gestures and work together using non-verbal communication skills, or we may work on individual art-works that can encourage reflective skills as part of a group/team.

Each workshop is unique and will be designed in collaboration with your intention to reflect your needs.

No prior experience in art making is necessary as it is a process-based work.

What clients and participants are saying...

James Lee, Google

'Our team had a wonderful session reflecting on the year in this quiet, fun and inclusive activity. Adi did a great job creating space for everyone to bring their own meaning to the craft work, whilst also providing lots of encouragement at the same time.

Highly recommend this as a different type of team building activity, one in which there is something for everyone.'

HOW CAN ART
AND CREATIVITY
HELP YOUR TEAM?

Art-making can help us transform ideas and thoughts into concrete form, thus allowing our imagination to flow. It assists in sharpening our senses while teaching us new ways to communicate complex ideas and insights.

Through making art, your team will gain access to creative ways of expression, tapping into dynamic ways of communication, whilst stimulating imagination and creativity.

Each participant will explore their own ways of bringing an idea to life, how to realise them and  share them with the group, therefore unlocking a creative means of expression.

ART MAKING IN GROUPS CAN HAVE A VAST IMPACT ON:

  • Stimulating imagination and creativity

  • Creating a sense of ritual that promotes psychological safety

  • Providing a safe way to express emotion and feelings

  • Developing healthy coping skills

  • Making art as a way to communicate that does not depend solely upon verbalisation

  • Creating a sense of community and reducing isolation

  • Allowing the group members to create a shared experience

  • Art making in a group promotes positive regard for the other members

  • Supporting emotional risk-taking

  • Fostering a sense of personal and communal empowerment

  • Assisting in building trust and mitigation of conflict

  • Encouraging verbal and nonverbal communication

  • Increasing collaboration

  • Helping us identify and clarify issues and concerns

  • The healing power lies in the process of collaboration rather than the final piece itself
